As I look through this thread I see roughly three years of 'I'd like to see strikethrough' and yet it never gets added, nor does the Evernote team ever come in and explain why. I can't understand why the Mac-the one platform that was made for copy writing, editing, design and all things creative-doesn't have a global keyboard shortcut for strikethrough, or a way to make it so. Then when using Pages, select the word or phrase you want to strikethrough and click on the new icon you've added. Click on that icon and move up upward to the gray area near the top. One of them is an underlined letter 'a' with the word 'Character' under it. After you click view/customize toolbar, you will see an array of icons.
